Licensing Options

• Perpetual License: 
  Purchase the right to use our technology with no expiration date. Choose between stand-alone licenses tied to an individual CPU or a network license allowing multiple concurrent-floating users to access the technology from any PC tied to a license server.  Some of our applications offer the ability to easily transport the license between PC’s via a parallel or USB bitlock.  The first year M&S payment is required at the time of purchase (see below for additional details on M&S payments). • Annual Subscription: 
  Available only from this website, purchase the right to use a limited selection of our technology for a 12 month period.  The annual license price includes M&S, providing business hour telephone support and software updates.  Each license is tied directly to a specific PC.  Pricing is dependent upon technology adoption percentage¹. • Rental: 
  Purchase the right to use our technology on a monthly basis.  Prices are based on a percentage of perpetual list price and vary depending upon duration commitment.  Prices include maintenance and support. Upon completion of committed rental agreement, clients have the option to convert rental licenses to perpetual licenses applying a portion of rental value paid towards the license purchase. • Maintenance & Support (M&S): 
  Maintenance and support provides you with periodic product releases and updates plus business hour telephone support from our award winning customer support team.  Our economics products offer 24-hour telephone support at a higher fee.  Fees are based on a fixed percentage of the current list price of the software. M&S fees are included in annual subscriptions and rental licenses and are paid on a yearly basis for perpetual licenses.
