(4) SECURITY MEASURES

Our site has the following security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control: Landmark Graphics has made every effort, both from a development and network standpoint, to protect the data contained within the Mylandmark environment. Only the SS servers are able to communicate with the database server that contains the MyLandmark content, including user profiles and credit cards. The database server is not reachable from outside of Landmark. It is configured with IP addresses that are not usable on the internet, but yet will allow for the SS servers to communicate with it. All of this is protected behind a PIX firewall. Landmark also has network address translation (NAT) behind the PIX firewall. Within the database the credit card number is also encrypted.

Once we receive your information, we take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of your information; however, we cannot and do not ensure or warrant the security of the information you transmit to us. We recommend that you use an Internet browser that allows you to select a security level that will meet your individual security needs.
